About This Blog

Hi! My name is Lori Anderson and I am the owner, designer, and crafts person of Anderson's Treasures. Anderson's Treasures is a small business selling handmade jewelry, handmade cards, handmade scrapbooks and baby books, bookmarks, magnets, 3D decorations, lighted glass blocks, party, wall, and seasonal decorations...and so on...everything is handmade. I have a shop on Facebook (you will find a link to my shop above) and I also sell locally. I have been crafting for years and really enjoy working with my hands. Designing and crafting jewelry, cards, scrapbooks, etc., is a great creative outlet for me. I have great passion for what I do. The pieces have to speak to me. They have to make sense and evoke emotion. I do become attached to my pieces. I love my pieces. I would never craft an item that I would not wear, use, give, or send myself. Please fill free to take a look around my blog, visit my gallery links for pictures of all my creations, comment, "like", "follow", "share" my posts, drop by my store and perhaps purchase something if you like, and please...tell your frineds!!! ;) If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to either leave a comment, or message me at andersonstreasures@yahoo.com

Snowman Pedestal Christmas Card Set

I tried another new style of card folding tonight! This style is called a "Pedestal Card". I made another snowman set out of these cards! I just LOVE Snowmen!!! ;)

Here is the front view when folded in it's pedestal form:

Here is the side view when folded in it's pedestal form:

I made this set with 2 different snowmen! Here is the second one! ;)

I think they are both adorable! ;) I used my Cricut Expression and my Gypsy to cut out the two different snowmen. I used the Jolly Holidays Cricut Cartridge.

This set is for sell in my Etsy Store. Please visit my Etsy store for more information. There is a link to my store just under my logo towards the top of this page.

I opened my on-line store (Anderson's Treasures) in August of 2010 on Etsy. I only sold one jewelry set on-line and my other sells were made locally, (off-line). I pretty much put my business on hold since Thanksgiving or so of 2010...too much other things going on. Now, as you have seen in other posts, I am re-opening my Etsy store, Anderson's Treasures. The person who did buy something from me on-line left me a positive feedback with a score of 100%, and I would like to share his comment with you all:

"Extraordinary service. Purchased (late) for a very important birthday, seller was very helpful with communication, shipping (and tracking) and follow-up. An esty stand-out, for sure."

This is the best type of marketing!!! ;)
Word of mouth!!! ;)

This feedback comment and score makes me very happy and proud, and is what I will ALWAYS strive for! This will be the only acceptable way of business for me! ;)

This feedback can also be seen in my Etsy on-line shop, where the customer left the very appreciated comment. I would love to see hundreds and thousands more feedback comments and scores just like this!!! ;)

I'm Re-opening My Etsy Store!!! ;)

Well, it's time! I am currently adding new handmade card sets to my Etsy Store, Anderson's Treasure!!! ;) I am also re-listing some of my jewelry sets! ;) More items to come soon!!! ;) Click on the link above this post or click here www.AndersonsTreasures.etsy.com to go to my on-line store!!! ;) I've also added a link up top for my card gallery, which will allow you to view all of my cards I've made in the past.
